The People Behind
the Platform.
Decades of cultivation, laboratory, and regulatory experience — brought together to build Minnesota’s cannabis supply chain the right way.
Our Director of Cultivation at Redux Cannabis is Kelly Bellettiere. Kelly grew up in Texas, graduated from Texas State University, and has lived all over the United States. He has been growing cannabis for over 20 years. He started growing for others as a caregiver in the early medicinal days in Colorado. Kelly brings many years of experience leading cultivation programs from around the country in other states like Colorado, California, New York, and now Minnesota.
He loves to grow a variety of strains that give everyone what they are looking for. Redux will grow strains that have a wide array of terpene compositions and minor cannabinoid profiles. He is also very passionate about growing clean cannabis that emphasizes flavor, smell, and taste. That passion won him first place for the Best Indoor Flower at the 2026 Legacy Cup here in Minnesota. Redux Cannabis is excited to be able to bring this award-winning cannabis to the Minnesota market!
When Kelly is not at work he enjoys taking his two labs on walks around the city, playing golf, snowboarding, and traveling.
Monaie is from the Twin Cities area and has a Business degree and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies. She worked for the State of MN for 15 years, many of which were spent in a regulatory capacity for both the Office of Cannabis Management and the MN Dept. of Corrections. She worked as an inspector and supervisor while with OCM and was instrumental in the implementation of the hemp and cannabis regulatory framework within the state.
Since leaving state employment, Monaie has been consulting in the cannabis industry and has assisted several businesses navigate and accomplish cannabis licensure in a variety of venues throughout the state.
At Redux, Monaie is the Compliance Manager and is involved in other organizational areas, such as facility security and employee training.
Taylor Sanchez Schertler is the Post-Harvest Manager for Redux Cannabis, overseeing the production of concentrates and finished consumer products. Taylor served as the Laboratory Manager and Project Manager of the Cannabis Program at Legend Technical Services, the first cannabis testing laboratory in the state of Minnesota.
Taylor has worked closely with state policy makers, tribal governments, and manufacturers & cultivators since the inception of Minnesota’s recreational cannabis program. At Redux Cannabis, Taylor aims to produce not only the highest quality of cannabis products, but also the most unique and innovative products on the market.
